Workouts Inspired by the Holidays

How are your workouts going this holiday season? Or maybe I should ask… are they going?

Unfortunately, if you aren’t in a solid routine before the holidays it’s easy to let your workouts slide out of your calendar the month of December.  Especially the closer and closer we get to the end of the year. There are holiday parties to attend, gift to purchase, and all of the sudden we seem to lose time out of our days (which we didn’t have enough of to begin with).

Needless to say, the Holiday season can wreak havoc on our workouts.

So, instead of a long (but very motivating!) lecture about the reasons it’s important to keep up with you workouts over the holidays, I thought I’d do something a bit more… fun.
