6 Cardio Workouts Under 30 minutes
/Have you ever told yourself that you don’t have time to exercise? Or how about that you have, “too much to do and there’s not enough time in the day”?
I get that. Sometimes you just have to get in and get it done. It doesn’t need to be fluffy, or pretty, or packaged with bows, it’s just gotta happen.
What am I talking about? Cardio.
If you’ve been with me for any length of time, you probably know by now that traditional cardio isn’t my favorite thing in the world. I’d much rather box, or dance, though occasionally I’ll run for a cause. However, sometimes finding the time to fit in a boxing class or a dance class that fits my schedule can is next to impossible. On those occasions a quick, simple cardio workout that takes 30 minutes or less is in order.
Today, I bring you not one, not two, but six options! You can thank me (or not) later.
