Yes, things are a bit crazy right now. No, the world has not come to a complete standstill.
Yes, toilet paper has become a luxury item (I literally saw a 12 pack listed for $62 yesterday. What the what?!?). No, we won’t die without it.
Yes, people are scared, confused, and lonely. No, that doesn’t mean you are alone.
I could go on, but I won’t. What I will do is offer up one of my best pieces of advice. Keep moving.
The desire to overeat, overdrink, binge, and vegetate is strong right now, I get it. Emotions are all over the place, and even the best of us can have these urges to buffer in some way or another. Emotional eating is a thing, my friend, but you know that.
So I challenge you instead of creating a permanent indent on the sofa over the next several weeks- get up and move! Even if that means moving in your living room. I’ve previously put several workouts that you can do in limited space with just your body weight in my articles Quick Bodyweight Workouts and Snow Day Bodyweight Workouts. And below. I’ve got four more space saving workouts that you can do with or without dumbbells.

I’d video them for you, but I look something like a cross between a penguin and a frog doing some of these exercises right now. And while that may be entertaining, it’s probably not helpful. *sigh* the “perks” of being 36 weeks pregnant…
Feel free to adjust your weights and reps according to your equipment and ability. And for goodness sake, if you need to modify- modify!
