Chocolate Raspberry Refrigerator Oats

I love refrigerator oats. Seriously, love them.  They're easy to prepare, you can prepare multiple servings at one time, and they are super tasty!  This chocolate raspberry combination is one of my faves (along with the pumpkin!) and while they make a super easy breakfast, I often use them as a mid-morning snack (That's right, I'm a rebel. I eat breakfast food any time I want!).

Chocolate Raspberry Refrigerator Oats

1/2 cup 0-2% Greek Yogurt (Fage 0% is my go-to!)
1/4 cup old fashioned oats (You can get these in packages, or in the bulk bins!)
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 Scoop High-Quality Chocolate Protein Powder
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 tsp chia seeds (optional)

1. Place all ingredients in a half pint (1 cup) jar (or cleaned out peanut butter jar).
2. Stir.
3. Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight (at least 5 hours), or as long as 2-3 days.  Eat chilled.
